でもこの試合は2回表に阪神が9点取って実質試合終了。19時に日テレにチャンネルを合わせた人ですぐさまチャンネルを換えた人も多かったのでは？
そんな状態で5.2％も取ったのはある意味凄いと思うんだけど・・・
ここ数年巨人戦中継の視聴率は下がる一方で、そこから野球人気低下が叫ばれているわけですけど、俺は必ずしもそうは思ってないんですよ。巨人の人気低下という面は否定しないんですが・・・
今はCSの普及もあって他球団のファンの人はそんなに巨人戦を見なくなってますよね。推しのチームの途中経過知りたさに巨人戦を見る時代じゃなくなってきています。
それになにより巨人戦はつまらない。ローズに代表されるただ振り回すだけの緻密さのかけらもない野球を毎日見せられてもげんなりします。ロッテとか中日の試合を見るとあまりの違いに愕然となりますよね。贔屓するわけじゃないですが、石井タクローとか金城の粘りっこい打席を見るのも好きです。あれでこそプロ野球だと思う。
でも毎試合全国中継されているのは巨人戦なわけで、CS等で他球場の試合を見るような人以外はプロ野球を見る時には巨人戦になってしまうわけです。
その巨人が今のようにつまんない試合を繰り返していたらそれこそプロ野球自体の人気がかなり低下するでしょうね。巨人にはその責任を強く感じてもらいたいものです。
